Not to mention, running out of toilet roll only two days in without a replenishment option was just tragic. I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but clearly, that’s too much to ask here.

The staff at reception provided excellent service. they were available around the clock and very accommodating. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. The garden view from our room was refreshing, adding a lovely touch to our stay.
The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired.

the air conditioning was amazin, especially since it was super hot in prague. the bed was really comfy and the room was just the right size. breakfast had a lot of tasty options, and the lobby bar was great, too. the bartender went outta their way to help us out, really nice vibe. def gonna recommend this place for future trips!
didnt get any complimentary water in the room which was kinda lame. also, the shower pressure was a bit weak, couldve been better.
